3Data Sharing and Sub-Processors

We only share data when it is essential to deliver our services.

  • Infrastructure Providers: Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosts our platform and data storage. Data is stored securely in the AWS us-west-2 region (Oregon).
  • Authentication and Communication: Firebase Authentication manages secure logins. Email and in-app notifications are sent via trusted providers such as AWS SES or Twilio.
  • AI Sub-Processors: To deliver AI-powered insights, we integrate with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Cloud AI. Each provider is contractually prohibited from using your data to train public models or for product improvements outside HomeWatcherHQ’s operations.

4Data Retention and Deletion

Retention: We retain your data as long as your account remains active to ensure seamless operation and historical continuity.

Deletion: You can delete property data, media, or your entire account at any time directly through the platform. Alternatively, you may request permanent deletion by emailing support@homewatcherhq.com. Once deletion is confirmed, your data is removed from all active systems and scheduled for secure removal from backups within 60 days.

  • Encryption: All data transmitted is protected via HTTPS/TLS encryption.
  • Access Control: Role-based permissions and MFA for users and administrators.
  • Data Isolation: Each customer’s data is logically separated to prevent crossover.

In the event of a security breach, HomeWatcherHQ will notify affected users promptly and take immediate remedial action.
